How to do a good job in the maintenance of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment

Organic fertilizer fermentation equipment plays a huge role in the production process of organic fertilizer, mainly engaged in the treatment of livestock manure and the processing of organic fertilizer. Animal manure is a resource with pollution and corrosion ability, so it is also necessary to maintain it reasonably when using organic fertilizer manufacturing equipment for processing, in order to better extend the service life of the equipment.

How to do a good job in maintenance of organic fertilizer fermentation equipment:

1. Keep the workplace clean. After each organic fertilizer fermentation equipment test, thoroughly remove the residual rubber sand inside and outside the granulator, clean up the scattered or splashed rubber sand and flying objects on the organic fertilizer equipment, wipe the exposed processing surface of the organic fertilizer equipment machine clean, apply anti rust meat paint, and cover it with corresponding shields to prevent secondary invasion of dust.

2. The organic fertilizer fermentation equipment does not have external refueling holes, and the gears and worm gears are lubricated with organic fertilizer equipment specific butter. The upper gear and lower gear should be lubricated with triple grease once every season. When refueling, the gearbox cover and transmission gear cover of the power unit can be opened separately. The sliding surface between the support gearbox and the bracket hinge should be lubricated with oil frequently. The worm gear box and bearings have been fully lubricated with transmission grease before leaving the factory, but after every year of use, the gearbox machine should be thoroughly cleaned and all protective lubricants replaced.

3. Generally, for parts that are prone to corrosion or damage in organic fertilizer fermentation equipment, especially valuable parts such as magnetos, motors, cutting knives, seed delivery pipes, trenchers, conveyor belts, transmission chains, etc., these parts should be unloaded and stored indoors, and separated according to the type of machine to prevent deformation or damage caused by mutual compression.

4. It is important to promptly remove dirt and debris from the outside of the machine. Clean and lubricate all bearings, and cover the friction surfaces such as plow walls, disc targets, rotary tiller blades, trenchers, etc. with anti-corrosion agents such as paint, black oil, waste engine oil, etc.

5. Regularly pay attention to the operation of the organic fertilizer machine, and there should be no serious abnormal noise or metal friction sound. If any abnormalities are found, immediately stop using and inspect. Only after troubleshooting can the machine be used. If the corresponding cause cannot be found, the machine cannot be started. If there is a metal friction sound, the gap between the organic fertilizer equipment granulation pot and the granulation leaves can be checked first.

6. If the organic fertilizer fermentation equipment machine cannot operate when the programmable controller is pressed, the power supply voltage, power plug socket, connection plug socket, etc. should be checked for normal operation, and the internal fault of the controller should be checked.

7. Finally, when parking the organic fertilizer equipment in the open air, we need to first lift the walking wheels, header, etc. off the ground to ensure that they do not come into contact with the soil. Especially for components that are prone to deformation, they should be leveled or erected to eliminate the factors that cause deformation. Springs supported by springs should be relaxed.
