Equipment advantages and maintenance of tracked composting machines

Ground stacking fermentation is currently a more advanced and cost-effective fertilizer production mode that requires the stacking of materials into long strips. The materials are stirred and crushed by a tracked composting machine at regular intervals, and organic matter is decomposed under aerobic conditions. It also has the function of crushing, which greatly saves time and labor, significantly improves the production efficiency and product quality of Manure plant, and greatly reduces the cost. Some auxiliary facilities can also be added, such as automatic sprinkling devices.

Crawler type composting machines come in various sizes and are suitable for planting viscous substances such as materials, filter mud, furfural, straw, grass, mushrooms, etc. It can meet the needs of multi-level Manure, mushroom planting and other manufacturers.

The tracked composter adopts a four-wheel walking design, which can move forward, reverse, and turn, and is operated and driven by one person. During driving, the entire vehicle rides on a pre stacked long strip of fertilizer base, and the fertilizer base raw materials are mixed, fluffy, and moved by a rotating blade shaft mounted under the frame. After passing by, the vehicle is tampered with into new strip piles. This machine can be operated in an open outdoor field or in a workshop greenhouse.

How to operate and use a tracked composter? Specific requirements for the correct use of track flipping machines:

1. The track type composting airport must be flat and solid, with no concave or convex surfaces greater than 50mm in the operating area. The length is not limited, and the width should ensure the smooth operation and turning of the track type composting machine.

2. The raw fertilizer to be mixed should be piled up in a straight line with a width of no more than 2000mm and a height of no more than 800mm.

Maintenance and upkeep of tracked composting machines:

1. Shift maintenance (working for 10 hours) inspection, tighten all connecting bolts and nuts, and check if the oil drain plug is loose.

2. Check all parts of the pins and cotter pins for defects, and replace them with new ones if necessary. The cotter pins must not be replaced with other objects.

3. Check if the variable blade is damaged and if the fastening bolts are loose, and if necessary, make up and tighten them.

4. Clean the hardened attachments on the tracked composter.

5. After the crawler type composter works for one season, replace the Gear oil of the reduction gearbox, check the bearings at all parts, remove them, clean them, coat them with new grease, and install them properly. If they are worn seriously, replace them.

6. Check the crawler composter for varying degrees of wear and replace it with a new knife if necessary.

7. The crawler type composter should not work for a long time, and all exposed parts should be coated with oil to prevent rust. When placed outdoors, it should be covered.
