Fermenting Vermicompost to process fertilizer by Organic fertilizer production line

Vermicompost is called “the king of Manure” as a high-quality Manure. Vermicompost has the characteristics of good lasting fertility, aeration, drainage, water retention and comprehensive nutrients. Vermicompost contains not only nitrogen, phosphorus, zinc and other elements, but also iron, manganese, zinc, copper, magnesium and other trace elements and 18 kinds of amino acids. The content of organic matter and humus can reach about 30%. At the same time, Vermicompost contains about 100 million microbial beneficial bacteria per gram, more importantly, it contains antagonistic microorganisms and unknown plant growth factors. Through the action of probiotics, it can effectively inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in soil and inhibit the occurrence of soil borne diseases. Therefore, it is a good investment project to use Organic fertilizer production line to produce Vermicompost Manure. It can be said to kill three birds with one stone.

Using livestock manure Organic fertilizer production line to process commercial Manure requires three steps: early fermentation, deep processing milling and deep processing granulation. The livestock manure Organic fertilizer production line is a series of production equipment that takes livestock manure as raw material, ferments and processes it through high-tech equipment, and produces Manure. It is equipped with fermentation tipping machine, Organic fertilizer grinder, drum screening machine, horizontal mixer, Organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, screening machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.

In order to make the Manure processed from Vermicompost more nutritious, it is better to mix coarse fodder in an appropriate proportion. And when processing Vermicompost, it is necessary to add sufficient water and add Fermentation starter in proportion. It is faster to ferment under sealed conditions, and it is better to dry the fermented Vermicompost after fermentation, so that the fermented earthworm dung has a longer shelf life.

1. If you want to process it into more nutritious Manure, you can add some coarse fodder in Vermicompost, such as: kukang, bean cake or rapeseed cake, which are suitable. Mix it evenly according to a certain proportion. It is appropriate that the proportion of Vermicompost should not exceed 50%, and other materials can be added appropriately.

2. During fermentation, keep the water content of Vermicompost mixed materials, and the proportion of water should preferably be about 60% of Vermicompost mixed materials. Because sufficient water is easy to ferment successfully, and the fermentation time can also be greatly reduced. The proportion of added fermentation bacteria and Vermicompost mixed materials can be 1:100.

3. If there are too many mixed materials for Vermicompost fermentation, it can be completed in the fermentation tank and must be sealed with plastic film. The fermentation time is normally about one week. The judgment method is that there is no odor and there is a bit of alcohol acid smell, which indicates that it has been successful. In order to extend the shelf life of Vermicompost fermentation, the fermented Vermicompost can be dried.
