The role of slot type organic fertilizer composting machine in composting production

The aerobic fermentation tank type composter is commonly referred to as a guide rail type composter. It can be used for fermentation and composting of organic waste such as livestock and poultry manure, sludge waste, sugar factory filter mud, residue cake, and straw sawdust. It is widely used for fermentation and moisture removal operations in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge waste plants, horticultural fields, and mushroom cultivation plants.

Composter is the core equipment of aerobic dynamic composting. As a new type of machinery, it is not yet well-known in the national product catalog. However, it has rapidly proliferated in the fertilizer machinery equipment family and has become a mainstream product that replaces manual labor and forklifts for material turnover. It is also a mainstream product that affects the development trend of the composting industry. The importance of composting machines stems from their role in composting production:

1. Mixing function in raw material conditioning

In fertilizer production, it is necessary to add some auxiliary materials to adjust the carbon nitrogen ratio, acidity, water content, etc. of the raw materials. The main raw materials and various auxiliary materials roughly stacked together in proportion can be mixed evenly by a composting machine to achieve the purpose of conditioning.

2. Adjusting the temperature of the raw material pile

During the operation of a composting machine, the raw material pellets are fully in contact and mixed with the air. The material pile can contain a large amount of fresh air, which helps aerobic microorganisms to actively produce fermentation heat and increase the pile temperature; When the temperature increases, the supplement of fresh air can lower the stack temperature. A state of alternating medium temperature, high temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature is formed, and various beneficial microorganisms rapidly grow and reproduce in the temperature range they adapt to.

3. Improving the permeability of raw material piles

The flipping system can process materials into small clumps, making the thick and dense material pile fluffy and elastic, forming suitable porosity

4. Adjusting the moisture content of the raw material pile

The suitable moisture content for raw material fermentation is around 55%, and the moisture standard for finished organic fertilizer is below 20%. During fermentation, biochemical reactions generate new water, and the consumption of raw materials by microorganisms also causes water to lose its carrier and free up. Therefore, as the composting process progresses, timely reduction of water content can result in forced water vapor emission when the composting machine flips over the raw materials, in addition to evaporation formed by heat conduction.

5. Special requirements for achieving composting processes

For example, crushing raw materials, giving them a certain shape or achieving quantitative displacement of raw materials.
