Working principle and structural characteristics of organic fertilizer cage crusher

The dust-free cage crusher belongs to a medium-sized horizontal cage shredder. It can crush various single fertilizers with a water content below 10% -20%, especially suitable for materials with high hardness. This machine is designed based on the principle of impact crushing. The inner and outer sets of cage bars rotate at high speed in opposite directions, and the material is crushed from the inside out through the impact of the cage bars. It has the characteristics of simple structure, high crushing efficiency, good sealing performance, stable operation, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance.

The working principle and structural characteristics of a dust-free cage crusher: The dust-free cage crusher is composed of main components such as a frame, casing, large cage wheel group, small cage wheel group, and two electric motors. During operation, one motor drives the large cage to rotate clockwise, while the other motor drives the small cage to rotate counterclockwise. The material enters the inner cage through the hopper, and the steel bars repeatedly impact and crush the material, achieving the effect of finely crushing the material.

The structure of the crushing equipment for organic fertilizer production is composed of a lower frame, casing, upper and lower shaft seats, spindle, hammer head, hammer head bracket, belt pulley, motor frame, and other parts. The power is driven by a triangular belt to rotate the main shaft. The main shaft has two bearing seats, which are installed at the upper and lower ends of the casing. The casing assembly is installed on the lower frame, and the main shaft is equipped with a hammer head and a hammer head bracket. The feeding hopper is installed on the upper part of the casing. For the convenience of loading and unloading the hammer head, a valve is opened on the casing for easy disassembly and maintenance.
