Comparison of production methods of organic fertilizer production line

At present, there are two main production processes used in the organic fertilizer production line, one is the plane strip stack composting process, the other is the trough type aerobic fermentation process. In addition, the laboratory small-scale trial production also uses sealed box / tank fermentation.
1. The composting technology of plane strip stack was studied.
Production flow chart: raw material treatment – adding bacteria – mixing – building – turning pile – secondary adding bacteria – mixing – Inspection – packaging – leaving factory
Advantages: small investment, relatively simple process, disadvantages: large area, incomplete maturity, serious secondary pollution.
2. Trough type aerobic fermentation process.
Production flow chart: raw material treatment – adding bacteria – mixing – trough – turning – Secondary adding bacteria – mixing – Inspection – packaging – leaving factory
Advantages: complete maturity, high product quality, small secondary pollution disadvantages: large investment in fertilizer production machine, large investment

The fermentation process of organic fertilizer production line is as follows:
Fermentation raw materials — pretreatment — mixing — fermentation — reconstitution — granulation  — packaging — delivery
In the pretreatment process, it is necessary to crush the raw materials and adjust the particle size of the raw materials. The suitable particle size range is 12-60mm. Crushing and screening can increase the surface area of raw materials, facilitate microbial reproduction and improve the fermentation speed.
Process description of powder production line
1. Send qualified organic raw materials into the speed regulating silo by loader;
2. Transported to the vertical crusher and crushed to 10-60h;
3. Transported to rotary vibrating screening machine to sort raw materials and impurities; Mixing equipment can also be added.
4. Transported to powder organic fertilizer packaging machine (special) for weighing, packaging, sewing and warehousing.
