Compared with chemical fertilizers, bio organic fertilizers have a high organic matter content and are particularly suitable for land reclamation and soil improvement. Bioorganic fertilizers have a wide range of applications, including various food crops, cash crops, organic farms, etc., which have a high demand for bioorganic fertilizers. Moreover, the food and vegetables produced by applying bioorganic fertilizers have a better taste. If used on cash crops such as tobacco, it can significantly improve the grade evaluation of tobacco, and is therefore highly welcomed by farmers. After converting livestock and poultry breeding waste into organic fertilizer, it can generally be sold for 600-800 yuan/t. In contrast, the market price of ordinary composite fertilizer is around 1200-1800 yuan/t. Therefore, organic fertilizer has a certain price advantage and a very broad market prospect.

The small-scale organic fertilizer production line mainly consists of fermentation and tipping equipment, drying system, deodorization and dust removal system, crushing system, ingredient system, mixing system, granulation equipment, and finished product packaging system; The fermentation system for harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure includes: feed conveyor, biological deodorizer, mixer, composting machine, oxygen supply system, and automatic control system.

Process flow of small organic fertilizer complete equipment:

1. Ground stacking, using a ground tipping machine, or feeding materials in a fermentation tank, or using a trough composting machine

2. Evenly sprinkle the bacterial agent, ferment in a pile to achieve heating, odor removal, maturation, and killing of miscellaneous bacteria and grass seeds

3. Fermentation takes 7-12 days, and the number of times the pile is flipped varies depending on the temperature in different regions

4. Completely fermented and matured, discharged from the tank (ground type, directly stacked with a forklift)

5. Use a grading screen for coarse and fine screening (the screened powdered fertilizer can be sold directly)

6. Crush the selected large blocks with a grinder and return them to the grading screen

7. Mix the required trace elements with a pre mixer

8. Granulation using an organic fertilizer granulator

9. Feed into dryer and cooler

10. Automatic packaging machine packaging and sales
