The process flow of using organic fertilizer production line for poultry and livestock manure utilization

The raw materials for producing organic fertilizers are quite extensive, and the most common ones are animal manure such as chicken manure, pig manure, and cow manure. Such raw materials need to undergo biological fermentation and then meet the standards for harmless treatment. Thereby further making it into commercial organic fertilizer.

The process flow of processing fertilizer using organic fertilizer production line for poultry and livestock manure:

1. Fermentation: Collect poultry and livestock feces and urine, mix them with hay and rotten silage to make compost, and let it ferment. Only by timely and even flipping can the cow manure be fully fermented using a turner after fermentation. Some places are very dry now, while others are very wet, which can affect the quality of fermentation.

2. Ingredient crushing and mixing: The composted material, along with inorganic fertilizers such as N, P, K, and other additives, is crushed, proportioned, and mixed in proportion through a material crusher and a horizontal mixer using a batching bin.

3. Granulation: The material is granulated using a new type of organic fertilizer granulator.

4. Screening and return system: The granular material output from the granulation and forming system has differences in particle size and needs to be screened and graded. The selected rotary screening machine requires low vibration, low noise, convenient screen replacement, and is equipped with a screen cleaning device. It is recommended to equip an automatic feeding system to screen out unqualified large and small particles, transport them out through a belt elevator, re crush them, and send them to a granulator for further granulation, which helps to improve the continuous operation capacity of the production line.

5. Drying: Use an organic fertilizer dryer to further remove moisture from the screened particles and meet the standard requirements for organic fertilizer moisture content.

6. Cooling: Using a cooling machine to cool the particle material helps to preserve the quality of the particle storage.

7. Packaging: The granular material cooled by the organic fertilizer equipment is transported by a bucket elevator into the finished product warehouse. The organic fertilizer production line can effectively solve the pollution caused by organic waste in industries such as livestock and poultry breeding, and improve the safety and quality of agricultural products by using automatic packaging scales to achieve quantitative weighing and packaging of granular materials. This lays a good foundation for the comprehensive consumption of green and organic food by humans, and the ecological and environmental benefits are extremely significant.
