The development of China’s fertilizer industry is carried out in the order of organic fertilizer, nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potassium fertilizer, compound fertilizer, and water-soluble fertilizer. For a considerable period of time in the past, organic fertilizers have occupied an absolute dominant position in China’s agricultural production. Any substance applied to the soil or sprayed on the aboveground part of a crop, which can directly or indirectly supply nutrients to the crop, increase crop yield, improve product quality, or improve soil properties and fertility, is called fertilizer. To process fertilizer using an organic fertilizer production line, it is necessary to determine the supply of raw materials and the output of organic fertilizer equipment, such as how many raw materials need to be processed every day, and how much annual output can be achieved, in order to determine the equipment price. The complete equipment of general organic fertilizer manufacturers is divided into several equipment configurations based on raw materials. The minimum annual production is 5000 to 10000 tons, with moderate configurations ranging from 20000 to 40000 tons and high configurations ranging from 50000 to 100000 tons

Then choose a granulator to determine whether the form of organic fertilizer is powder or granular: powder, cylindrical, oblate, or standard circular. There are several commonly used granulators in organic fertilizer plants: disc granulators, roller extrusion granulators, flat mold granulators, drum stirring granulators, and three in one granulators.
