There are many types of granulators for organic fertilizers, which are distinguished according to different raw materials, different output and different particle shapes. They are roughly divided into disc granulator machine, flat die granulators, tooth stirring granulators, and roller extrusion Granulator, round granulator. Because the output is different, the size of the granulator required is different, there are very small granulators, and there are also large granulators.

Among them, organic fertilizer granulator machine is a large general term, which is mainly divided into two categories: wet method and dry method:

1. Wet granulator, which adds the main materials and auxiliary materials to be granulated into the mixer according to the appropriate ratio and formula, and the powder material and the binder are fully mixed at high speed by the bottom mixing paddle in the cylindrical container. After that, it is made into wet soft material, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side high-speed pulverizing paddle, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. It can also be equipped with vacuum drying and auxiliary system equipment to achieve one-step, and directly obtain finished products.

2. Dry granulator, its working principle is that after the material enters the horizontal feeder, driven by the rotating screw, the material is gradually degassed in the process of advancing, and the material with increased density is forced into the tablet press. . The tablet press rolls the high-density material conveyed by the horizontal feeder into a 2-4mm sheet through a pair of hydraulic cylinders (adjustable pressure) to push the pressure roller, and completes the degassing work again. The rolled sheet passes through the teeth of the shearing crusher, and is cut into pieces that are easy to granulate and then falls into the granulator. The fragments are forced out of the sieve plate under the extrusion of the sizing knife. After the extruded granules are screened, the products with the particle size required by customers can be obtained. So far, the whole process of granulation has been completed.
