How to handle dust during the operation of fertilizer production lines

The problem of producing gas in the fertilizer production process is caused by the reaction of two or more materials and the release of gas. In the fertilizer production process, there are several kinds of materials that can produce gas: borax, ammonium salt, filler and impurity, borax. Because there is a small amount of carbonate in the inner part of the fertilizer production process, when encountering acid materials, it is easy to release carbon dioxide gas and produce Gas.
If borax encounters zinc sulfate, ferrous sulfate, manganese sulfate, copper sulfate or other slightly acidic materials, it will produce flatulence and caking problem. Therefore, in the fertilizer production process, it is necessary to prevent these materials from being put together.

Generally, ammonium salt will release ammonia gas and swell when encountering alkaline materials or high temperature. Therefore, when storing ammonium salt compound fertilizer, it is necessary to avoid mixing with alkaline materials. In addition, high temperature should be avoided in the production and transportation of ammonium salt fertilizer.
Fillers are generally mineral products, such as calcium bicarbonate and kaolin. These minerals contain more or less carbonate. When encountering acid substances, they will slowly release carbon dioxide gas and cause gas expansion. Therefore, when choosing fillers, we should try to choose inert fillers such as silica, talcum powder, starch sugar, etc.
Impurities are generally brought in by the raw materials of our production wastes and mixed with our fertilizers to release gas. Therefore, when purchasing raw materials, we should choose the raw materials with good quality. Most of the raw materials produced by regular manufacturers will not contain too many impurities, so naturally they will not release gas.
Therefore, in order to prevent flatulence, we should pay attention to the following problems:
1. Reasonable collocation of raw materials, raw materials and raw materials can not have chemical reactions, this can consult our technical personnel.
2. Purchase qualified raw materials, can not blindly pursue low cost, purchase unqualified products prone to gas.
3. Do small experiments, that is to say, seal the raw materials in plastic bags according to the proportion, place them at room temperature for 3-7 days, and then carry out large-scale production if the bags are not inflated.
