How to perform the flipping operation of raw materials using a tracked composting machine

The small tracked composting machine adopts a ground strip fermentation method for bio organic fertilizers, which better ferments and turns over garbage, feces, and other materials on the ground. Its characteristics are low investment, high return, low energy consumption, low cost, and high effectiveness. It is mainly applied in livestock farms, such as cattle farms, sheep farms, and other types of livestock farms. Crawler type composting machines can stir and crush materials, decompose organic matter under aerobic conditions, improve fermentation speed, and effectively prevent the generation of harmful and odorous gases such as hydrogen sulfide and amine gas during the fermentation process, which is conducive to environmental protection requirements and improves fertilizer efficiency. It uses a diesel engine as the power, with four wheels running. The power is transmitted through the transmission system to the drum carrying the combined cutting tools for operation. The quality is reliable, so the performance is stable and the operation process is simple.

How to perform the flipping operation of raw materials using a tracked composting machine

1. The walking principle of the composting machine is to use low speed. However, due to different materials and water contents, drivers can choose the appropriate speed based on the actual state of the pile flipping to achieve the best efficiency. After starting, idle for 3-5 minutes in the unloaded parking state, then adjust the speed and idle for 1 minute before proceeding with the pile flipping operation.

2. The entire overturning operation machine should ride on the material stack, and it is strictly prohibited to forcefully drive into the material stack. The material width cannot exceed the working space of the composting machine. When encountering engine strain during operation, do not forcefully overturn the pile. Quickly rotate the speed button to slow down or stop walking, so that the composter is in a parked state. At this time, only the overturning shaft is used for operation. The composter can quickly overturn the materials on the overturning shaft and continue the overturning operation when feeling no strain.

3. Pay attention to preventing materials such as straw from wrapping around the tipping shaft. When it is found that there is material wrapped around the tipping shaft, it should be stopped in a timely manner, and the material wrapped around the tipping knife shaft should be cleaned before continuing the tipping. Do not forcefully mix or retreat, as this will seriously damage the machine components.
