Operating principle of organic fertilizer dryer and organic fertilizer cooler

Operating principle of organic fertilizer dryer and organic fertilizer cooler:

The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum through the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and scattered under the inner plate in a spiral manner to achieve heat exchange. The material moves to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is continuously lifted back and forth in the middle layer, in a two-step and one-step travel mode. The material fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum and also absorbs the heat of the middle drum in the middle layer, At the same time, the drying time is extended, and the material reaches a good drying state here. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer. The material travels in a rectangular multi loop manner within the outer layer drum. Materials that achieve the drying effect quickly travel out of the drum under the action of hot air. Wet materials that do not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly due to their own weight. The material is fully dried in this rectangular sheet to achieve the drying purpose.

When the organic fertilizer cooler is working, with the rotation of its own cylinder, the particulate material is carried to a certain height by the lifting plate. When the angle between the lifting plate and the horizontal plane is further increased, the particles gradually fall to form a material curtain, and cold air flows through it to cool it and take some moisture away. As the cooler continues to rotate, the temperature has dropped to normal temperature when the particles reach the discharge port.

After cooling, the moisture content of the material decreases, and the viscosity decreases, but the strength of the particles increases accordingly, making it easier for the screening equipment to screen them. When the cooling induced draft fan continuously draws air from the cylinder, the dust generated due to physical bumps and friction of dry particulate materials is also continuously pumped away and enters the dust removal system for recycling and treatment.
