Process flow of organic fertilizer production equipment for harmless treatment of domestic sludge

The process flow of harmless treatment of domestic sludge in organic fertilizer production equipment: After the fermentation of organic fertilizer raw materials is completed, they enter the organic fertilizer crusher to be crushed into powder. The powder enters the organic fertilizer mixer and auxiliary materials are added for stirring. After stirring evenly, it enters the organic fertilizer granulator to make particles. The particles are then dried in the dryer to reduce the moisture content of the particles to 10-20%, and then cooled in the cooling machine. After cooling is completed, they are screened in the screening machine, The unqualified products are screened out and re fed into the crusher for crushing using a return belt conveyor. The finished products screened out can be directly packaged.

The various dry powder materials of the disc granulator are added from the top of the equipment, degassed, spiral pre compressed, and transported to the arc-shaped groove of the two rollers. The two rollers rotate at a constant speed and in reverse, biting the materials into the groove and performing forced compression. The pressure borne by the materials after passing through the compression zone gradually decreases, and their surface tension and gravity make them naturally come out. They enter the crusher and the whole granulator for crushing and trimming, and then enter the vibrating screen for screening, Qualified products are sent to the finished product warehouse or directly packaged through a conveyor, and the materials under the powder screen are sent back to the raw material warehouse for secondary rolling through a feeding device. The size of the extrusion force can be adjusted by the hydraulic system according to the particle strength needs. By changing the groove form on the roller surface, materials such as sheet, strip, olive, and flat spherical shapes can be obtained.
