Process Flow of Sheep Manure Processing by Small Organic fertilizer Machine Production Line

Sheep manure organic fertilizer production line process: sheep manure processing of commercial organic fertilizer requires two steps: pre fermentation and processing part and deep processing granulation part. Organic fertilizer machine need fermentation compost windrow turner machine, organic fertilizer crusher, roller screen machine, horizontal mixer, organic fertilizer granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, screen machine, coating machine, packaging machine, conveyor and other equipment.

Sheep manure organic fertilizer production line is a series of organic fertilizer machine, which uses pig manure as raw material, ferments and processes with high-tech equipment to produce organic fertilizer. Sheep manure is a kind of high quality organic fertilizer, which can be used not only as feed for fish and shrimp, but also as fertilizer for planting flowers and crops after fermentation.
The process flow of sheep manure organic fertilizer production line is as follows:
1、 Stacking on the ground, using the ground compost windrow turner, or putting materials in the fermentation trough, using the trough compost machine.
2、 Evenly sprinkle the fungicide, turn over the pile and ferment to reach the temperature rise, stink, decay, and kill the miscellaneous bacteria and grass seeds
3、 Fermentation 7-12 days, according to the temperature of different places, the number of times of turning pile is different
4、 Complete fermentation and maturity, out of the trough (directly collected by forklift on the ground)
5、 Use the grading screen for coarse and fine screening (the screened powder fertilizer can be sold directly)
6、 Smash the screened block with a fertilizer crusher and return it to the grading screen
7、 Mix the required trace elements with a premixer
8、 Pelletizing with organic fertilizer granulator
9、 Feed to dryer and cooler
10、 Automatic packaging machine packaging sales
