Raw material fermentation and granulation process of cow manure organic fertilizer production line

The problem of cow manure in cattle farms is a headache for farmers. The foul smelling and baked cow manure not only pollutes the environment, but also has an impact on the lives of surrounding people. Making cow manure into organic fertilizer can not only preserve fertilizer, water, and prevent diseases and pests, but also increase crop yield and improve crop quality by applying organic fertilizer.

Control of moisture content in organic fertilizer raw materials of cow manure: When fermenting cow manure, the moisture content should be controlled, and the method of judgment is to hold a handful of material tightly with your hand, see water between your fingers but do not drip, and the material will scatter when it falls to the ground. During the fermentation period, if there is less water, the fermentation will be slow, and if there is more water, it will affect the ventilation of the material. Therefore, we must control the moisture content well.

After the raw materials of organic fertilizer equipment for making cow manure are fermented and matured, they are crushed by a semi wet material crusher, screened through a drum screen, and the coarse materials are screened out before fermentation. The fine materials can be granulated, resulting in a more beautiful appearance and higher granulation rate.

After fermentation, the material (with a moisture content of 35%) is mixed by a mixer, passed through an organic fertilizer granulator, and then dried by an organic fertilizer dryer. It is cooled by a cooling machine and screened by a drum screening machine. Unqualified products are then returned to the mixer. Qualified products can be coated with medium and trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, and sulfur through a coating machine and a powder mixing machine, and can be stored in a silo or packaging machine.

The organic fertilizer production line for cow manure processing can directly dry poultry and livestock manure with a moisture content of up to 70% -80% at once to about 13% of the safe storage moisture, facilitating the production of organic fertilizers. The entire drying process is carried out in a closed system, thereby reducing environmental pollution during the drying process. The livestock and poultry organic fertilizer production line consists of a hot air stove, conveying equipment, feeding device, drum dryer, transmission device, control system, discharge device, dust removal device, and smoke exhaust and air induction system.
