Regular maintenance of organic fertilizer equipment can effectively reduce costs

Organic fertilizer equipment has the nature of corrosion and wear during the production and processing of organic fertilizer. Therefore, after using the organic fertilizer equipment for a period of time, it is necessary to repair it and avoid potential problems as soon as possible. Do not wait until it is completely unusable before inspecting and repairing it, as this can greatly delay production.

The organic fertilizer production line has encountered bottlenecks, and equipment upgrading is crucial. It is understood that the production of organic fertilizer requires relatively high equipment requirements. Firstly, there are a wide variety of organic raw materials with significant differences in material proportions, making it difficult to control the accuracy of batching. Therefore, there is a high demand for the accuracy of continuous batching scales. Secondly, organic raw materials have strong corrosiveness, and ordinary steel plates in contact with the materials are prone to rusting. At the same time, the labor and transportation costs of organic fertilizer production are also relatively high. It is reported that due to the long maturation time and the high manual input in the processes of flipping, drying, crushing, and packaging, the production cost of organic fertilizer has increased.

The following is the maintenance method for each component of the organic fertilizer equipment:

1. Bearings. The bearings of the crusher bear the full load of the machine, so good lubrication has a great impact on the bearing life. It directly affects the service life and operating rate of the machine. Therefore, it is required that the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. The main oil injection point of the machine is: a. rotating bearings; b. Roller bearings; c. All gears; d. Active bearings, sliding surfaces.

2. If there is any impact sound during the operation of the rotating gear, it should be immediately stopped for inspection and eliminated.

3. Newly installed wheels are prone to loosening and must be regularly inspected.

4. Check if the screw caps on each device are loose.

5. If the bearing oil temperature rises, it should be stopped immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.

6. The bottom frame plane of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other objects to prevent the movable bearing from moving on the bottom frame when the machine encounters materials that cannot be broken, which can lead to serious accidents.

7. Pay attention to the normal operation of various parts of the machine.

8. Pay attention to checking the wear level of easily worn parts and always replace worn parts.
