The granulation process and production characteristics of organic fertilizer production lines

The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment to produce pure natural organic chemical manure and chemical fertilizer with fresh manure as raw materials through a series of production and processing. There must be two processes for the production and processing of organic fertilizer in the manure organic fertilizer production line: the early alcoholization and solution part and the production, processing and granulation part.
First of all, the collection and pretreatment of organic fertilizer raw materials is crucial. These raw materials often include a variety of organic waste, such as crop residues, animal waste, food processing waste, etc. After sufficient raw materials have been collected, preliminary screening and crushing are required to ensure suitability for production.

This is followed by the composting stage, which usually takes place in a closed fermentation chamber. By controlling the appropriate temperature and humidity, as well as reasonable ventilation conditions, microorganisms can decompose and transform raw materials to produce organic fertilizers.
After the composting stage, the raw materials are transported to organic fertilizer mixers for further processing. Here, compost products need to be mixed with the right amount of additives such as water, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium to ensure the quality and stability of the final product.
Next comes the molding phase. This step will use molds to shape the mixture into a shape suitable for storage and transportation, such as pellets or blocks.
Finally, after packaging and storage, organic fertilizer products can be sold to farmers and other fertilizer users.
The organic fertilizer production process under the organic fertilizer production line process is a complex and delicate process that requires careful planning and management. Through the rational use of technology and organic fertilizer equipment, we can produce high-quality and stable organic fertilizers that contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture and ecosystems.
