The material of the equipment affects the granulation efficiency of the drum granulator

The production of drum granulator is the process of realizing compound fertilizer hot granulation by compound fertilizer equipment. By increasing the temperature of the material and increasing the solubility of the salt in the granulating water system, the amount of liquid phase meeting the granulation needs of the material under low moisture content is obtained, the heat energy consumption in the drying process is reduced, and the production capacity of the equipment is improved. Therefore, the granulation performance of rotary drum granulator is determined by its advantages and disadvantages The production of compound fertilizer is the key to the yield and quality. How to improve the granulation performance is discussed in this paper.

In the production process of drum granulator, we have encountered two situations due to the different friction between the material and the cylinder wall of granulator.
One is that the material in the npk fertilizer granulator sticks to the wall seriously, the friction between the material in the granulator and the cylinder wall is increased, and the material in the granulator is lifted too high, which causes the material to drop down from the top, and the formed particles are not round and there are too many large particles. We think that there are two reasons for this situation: on the one hand, it is caused by too much sticky material. In this case, we change the process formula On the other hand, the inner part of the granulator is not smooth, which is solved by changing the inner material and increasing the inner smoothness of the granulator.
Second, the internal surface of the granulator is smooth, which reduces the friction between the material and the cylinder wall and weakens the upward movement force of the material. If the material does not roll, it will not produce particles. In view of this situation, we can solve it by adjusting the rotation speed of granulator and installing small-scale plate inside.
