The process and cost of processing fertilizers on organic fertilizer production lines

Organic fertilizer requires a series of processes on the organic fertilizer production line, which can be divided into three processes: pre-treatment, primary fermentation, and post-treatment.

1. Pre treatment: After the compost raw materials are transported to the yard, they are weighed by a scale and sent to a mixing and stirring device. They are mixed with organic wastewater from production and domestic use in the factory, and composite bacteria are added. The moisture and carbon nitrogen ratio of the compost are roughly adjusted according to the raw material composition, and then mixed before entering the next process.

2. Primary fermentation: The mixed raw materials are fed into the primary fermentation tank using a loader and piled up into a fermentation pile. A fan is used to forcibly ventilate the bottom of the fermentation tank for oxygen supply. At the same time, the pile is turned over for about 2 days and supplemented with water (mainly organic wastewater from production and domestic use) and nutrients. The fermentation temperature is controlled between 500C and 650C for aerobic fermentation. The primary fermentation cycle of this project is 8 days, Every day, one pool of raw materials is fed out and one pool of semi-finished products is produced. After the fermented semi-finished products are discharged, they are ready to enter the next process.

3. Post processing: Further screen the compost product, and treat the residue separately based on the moisture content. After sieving and granulating, the material is sent to a dryer heated by biogas in the biogas digester for drying. After adding medium and trace elements in proportion, it is stirred and mixed to make a finished product, which is then packaged and stored for sale. The screened material is returned to the crushing process for reuse.

The specific process varies depending on the finished organic fertilizer, and is mainly divided into two types.

1. Organic fertilizer powder production line: fermentation ->feeding machine ->crusher ->mixer ->screening machine ->automatic packaging machine ->finished product.

A belt conveyor is also needed to connect various equipment. Fermentation equipment uses tipping machines, slot type tipping machines, and track type tipping machines to flip organic fertilizers for full fermentation. The fermentation methods include slot type fermentation, strip pile fermentation, and fermentation, which are the core steps in the production of organic fertilizers.

2. Granular organic fertilizer production line: fermentation ->feeding machine ->crusher ->mixer ->screening machine ->granulator ->automatic packaging machine ->finished product.

The particle production line has an additional granulation step, and there are various granulation methods, such as disc granulation machines and roller extrusion granulation machines. There is a certain gap in the process flow between the two, and there is also a significant difference in cost, with lower costs for powder production lines.

The overall investment price of small organic fertilizer production line equipment is low, the cost is low, and the technical requirements are not high, making it suitable for large-scale planting and breeding enterprises and small fertilizer factories to invest. The small-scale organic fertilizer production line refers to the organic fertilizer process equipment with an annual production capacity between 3000 tons and 20000 tons. The output required by users determines the production capacity requirements of the equipment, thereby affecting the price. In recent years, small organic fertilizer production lines have been highly favored by users because they can turn chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, sheep manure, urban household waste, garden fallen leaves, crop wheat, corn straw, decoration board scraps, etc. into Baocheng green organic fertilizer. The process is simple, easy to operate, the price is low, and the land area is small, and the effect is also very ideal.
