The working principle and granulation advantages of the roller extrusion granulator

The roller squeezing granulator is powered by an electric motor to connect the belt, driving two roller molds to rotate in opposite directions. There are evenly distributed semi-circular grooves on the mold, and the mold rotates to the contact point to form a circle. The particle size caused is determined by the selected grinding tool and formed in one go. Suitable for organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, feed, chemical and other fields.

The roller extrusion granulator belongs to the extrusion sliding model, and its working principle is driven by an electric motor to drive the belt and pulley, which are transmitted to the driving shaft through a reducer, and synchronized with the passive shaft through an open gear, working in opposite directions. The material of the roller extrusion granulator is added from the feeding hopper, formed by roller extrusion, demolded and pelletized, and then transported to the crushing screen studio through a pair of chains. The finished particles (balls) are screened and separated, and then the returned material is mixed with new material before pelletizing.
