What issues should be noted when using an organic fertilizer dryer?

With the rapid development trend of China’s economy, high-tech is also in the continuous development trend and development, organic fertilizer equipment is also continuing to upgrade. At this stage, after continuous technical product development and upgrading, the technology of organic fertilizer dryers is becoming more and more perfect. So what problems should we pay attention to when applying radiators to organic fertilizer dryers in organic fertilizer production line? The key equipment of organic fertilizer drying machine is composed of cylinder, combustion furnace, feeder, reducer, lift plate, motor, warm air duct, etc. In addition, this machine and equipment can also be designed according to customer requirements supporting facilities bucket lifting machine, belt conveyor, centrifugal fan and so on.

The radiator inlet of the organic fertilizer dryer should effectively maintain its diameter equivalent to the inlet intelligent return water connector. Before entering steam, it should be mainly to open the termination valve of the sewage pipe, and then discharge the cooling circulation water in the pipe, close the gate valve, open the air inlet and the return water inlet valve, and then send steam into the pipe for preheating. After preheating, cold air can be pumped into the pipe to reduce the condensate caused by the exchange of steam and cold water, and then freeze. When the radiator of the organic fertilizer dryer is not needed, it is necessary to release the remaining water inside it first, which can reasonably prevent the occurrence of abnormal frost heave cracking pipes in winter. To carry out the inspection of the radiator on time, it is necessary to check whether the pipeline is damaged, or the leakage of steam and water is abnormal, if there is a problem, it should be dealt with immediately. The drainage device in the exhaust pipe of the organic fertilizer dryer shall be cleaned regularly and the transparent reholder shall be clean.
